Italian Pasta Salad Supremo
Ingredients
- 16 ounces Foodservice Garden Rotini
- 1 cup medium green peppers, diced
- 1 cup medium red peppers, diced
- 8 ounces Genoa salami, cut julienne
- 8 ounces Capicola ham, cut julienne
- 8 ounces provolone cheese, cut julienne
- 3 tablespoons sundried tomatoes, chopped fine
- 1 tablespoon fresh garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan, imported
- 4 each pepperoncini peppers, chopped fine
- 4 each Roma tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup fresh basil chopped
- 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Everything but the Italian kitchen sink is included in this pasta salad recipe.

Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Place all the above ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Toss thoroughly and refrigerate.
